At HealingPLUS Health Centre, we are committed to supporting your wellness with care, professionalism, and
consistency. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, we ask that you carefully review the following
policies.

🗖️ Appointment Cancellation & Missed Sessions

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations.
• If an urgent situation arises, please notify us by phone at least 2 hours before your scheduled
  appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to notify us at least 2 hours in advance, will
  result in a charge for the full appointment fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged the full session fee.

🎁 Gift Card Policy

• HealingPLUS gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• After the one-year period, the gift card will expire and can no longer be redeemed.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

💳 Membership Terms & Conditions

• You must be 18 years of age or older and sign the official Membership Agreement.
• Members agree to complete all sessions within a 12-month period from the date of enrollment
• Treatments must be used at the HealingPLUS Health Centre location where you enrolled.
• The full membership fee must be paid in advance at the time of enrollment.

❌ Membership Cancellation Policy

• HealingPLUS memberships are non-transferable and intended for consistent, long-term wellness care.
• If you choose to cancel your membership before completing the 12-month term:
  • You must sign a Termination of Contract Form.
  • Any treatments already used will be recalculated at the regular, non-member rate, and you will be
    charged the difference based on what you have already paid.
